I learned this in 20 years of working in agencies in Hamburg, Vienna and Berlin.

From small to large: from Germany's only boutique agency Nordpol+, which regularly had the highest per capita creativity in Germany, to globally digital agency Jellyfish.

As an executive creative director, content director, brand strategist and marketing manager, I know both sides: "big" brand advertising on high-reach channels and the performance-oriented activation of specific target groups.
